Where Apex Meridian started
Apex Meridian was formed around a simple observation: most capital allocation tools are designed for salaried professionals with predictable cash flow, not for freelancers whose income arrives in uneven waves. Off-the-shelf platforms rarely account for the timing gaps, tax obligations, and administrative overhead that come with self-employment in Germany.
We set out to build something narrower and more useful — an AI-driven approach to deploying capital that responds to how independent income actually moves, rather than forcing it into a template built for someone else's financial calendar.
That focus has stayed consistent as the product has evolved: fewer generic features, more attention to the specific mechanics of freelance and self-employed finances.
